Is my property valuation free?

Yes, we offer free, no obligation, valuations and they’re usually valid for around 6 months.

Please note that this can change due to fluctuations in the economic environment and the housing market itself.  If you’re in any doubt we will always happily discuss any past or present valuations before placing a property on the market.

How long should my valuation take?

We usually estimate on average of an hour per valuation. Bear in mind this can vary dependent on the size of the property itself, location and outdoor space to survey.
