About the new CSB owner and management
Devendra Rampersaud of Guardian Solicitors acquired CSB in September 2020. Devendra’s outlook on business is a personal, people-centric and professional approach with a customer first focus.
He says, “We aim to be more than just a hired professional service. We will always strive to go that extra mile to ensure our clients get the best possible result.”
Devendra’s background is extensive, before launching his own legal practice in 2009, Devendra was head of Wills and Probate for a large south-east London practice and earlier a partner for a firm in Hertfordshire. He studied law at Brunel University, qualifying as a Solicitor in 2006 while completing his training contract at Barnes and Partners, Enfield.
Devendra and the team at Guardian have a proven track record of acquiring other companies and with the input of our management team we have modernised CSB whilst also embracing its heritage and link with the local community.
The history of CSB
Originally an old bank, CSB sits within a prestigious protected high street building location with defining features and a distinguished presence both online and offline.
Established as a solicitor’s office in 1928, CSB expanded its expertise to include estate agency and conveyancing services all under one roof to facilitate ease of accessibility to our in-house resources and a smooth process for all of our clients.
Still standing in its characterful building with charm today CSB estate agency and legal services continues to be proud of its historical stature within the area and fuses its industry prowess with specialist expertise to successfully serve homeowners and buyers within the local area and beyond.
